Our Mission
Communities Connect seeks to improve the quality of lives, protect human dignity, build capacity and empower communities and individuals through education, training and development of concrete joint initiatives. Our programs range from training in negotiation, conflict resolution, livelihood skills, participatory organizing and use of technology, to experiential learning exchange programs that bring people from all over the world to post-conflict settings. We put particular emphasis on local engagement and sustainability of any initiative by bringing together local and global talent.

Customized Group Programs: Awesome and inspiring experiential learning
Many of us are students all our lives seeking meaning not only in cultural riches and ancient monuments of the world, but in conversations with people, their art and music. Our programs bring learning to life by transporting participants to the local context where they can engage with political, academic, civil society and religious leaders. Moreover, our tours are unique as they provide an opportunity to soak up the culture by going to places where the locals go and not those marked by Trip Advisor.
Training in cross-cultural communication, negotiation and conflict resolution
We offer trainings and workshops on cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, dialogue, consensus building and related topics. We work with our clients to learn about their needs and create customized trainings that can help them achieve their goals.
